As a second last section, I would like to mention some names of persons who could give objective and well-considered references (contact details are available upon request). It speaks for itself that I would like to start to mention my parents (Francis Deproft and Marie-Christine Cocquyt), my sister (Sophie Deproft), who are supposed to know me better than anyone else.

Personal friends that are near to my heart are, amongst others, Sarah Dinck and Marie Demesmaeker. I know them ever since I was a child. Male friends are Olivier Van Eester, Ludwig Van Den Broeck, Fernando Pinto, Maxime Sebrechts, Gianluca Milo, and Luigi Danese. The latter two are my best Roman friends.

Other persons I would like to mention are my grandparents (Ferdinand Cocquyt and Hilde Van Leuven), my Italian 'dad' (Giorgio Vallini), my former schoolmaster (Paul De Dijn), and my former employer (Alain Spruyt).

Lastly, I would like to mention Alessandro Malorgio. I think it's the person that has changed me most in my life. Therefore, I believe he deserves this special thanking. Without him, I wouldn't feel as complete as I feel today!
